General Comments: At this sample I notice that some encoders are doing well at certain parts of the sample and worse at others. If I focus on a part in the beginning, rate the samples, then focus on some other part (in order to fine tune the ratings), the ratings from the first pass often don't apply. Then we must decide which failure is more important.

For example, here encoder 3 was better than the others in the first few seconds. But much worse once the vocals came in at the end.
